Dear LR colleague
LR Health and Beauty Systems has been a fantastic business partner
for more than 10 years for all the OL/TL supporting this case.
These years have been among the most exciting in our lives, so it is
with much regret we initiate this process against LR/Apax Partners.
But we have no choice! For more than 9 months we have tried to talk
and negotiate with LR's CEO, Nigel Mould, as well as other (new and
inexperienced) managers within LR to resolve this injustice and restore
20 years of business practice.
We have been given vague explanations for this, and therefore have to
speculate about the real reasons for this:
1) LR is making permanent changes to the bonus system and how the business
works, without consulting or notifying distributors.
2) LR is controlled by an outside OL who has personal reasons for dictating the CEO to his own advantage.
3) CEO Nigel Mould has a grudge against a Scandinavian OL, and does this for political reasons (threaths of cancellation have been mentioned several times...). Or is it that he just cannot stand the criticism for his failed strategies? After 18 years of continous growth, the trend is broken after 2 years with Nigel Mould.
4) The Top 10 distributors in Germany, does not want smaller
distributors to make more money by reaching higher levels, and are
actively working against their own distributors (the President-level
distributors in Germany
Whichever is correct, they are all totally unacceptable, and we will
not accept the situation. And neither should you!
