Small publisher agrees to publish my book about Apax/LR

Since February 2006 I (Finno Furre) have documented everything that has happened in this bizarre case, like murder threats, dead animals in the mail, destroyed cars, and I have recorded all phone calls with Apax/LR management since October 2006 (click her for a sample).

In addition I wrote a four page document "How to Ruin a Success Story" that I sent to the CEO of Apax Partners, Martin Halusa, where I outline what will happen to LR with their new way of running it. This was before the crazy shit started, so I now have far more material...

Time for an update

It's been a busy year, with a new job and a family with three children, with little time for updating the site, unfortunately.
Here are the highlights of 2008:

-Late 2008: Martin Yandimoglu, Platin-OL with LR goes to court against LR, since LR-management restructures his downline without his permission... He goes to court, and wins!
Incidently, the restructuring LR-management did here, is exactly what they lied about in our court case in Norway, claiming Irene Furre was thrown out because she didn't accept that this kind of restructuring is not possible... Apax/LR does on thing in Norway, another thing in Germany...

-Nov 2008: LR fires Jürgen Liebig on his 20th anniversary date as LR-distributor (yes, on the very day he celebrated 20 year, Jens Abend kicked him out).
Jürgen Liebig is the oldest, largest, most successful LR ditributor of all times! People in the industry thinks Apax/LR-management have gone mad. Irene Furre and I sadly welcome Jürgen Liebig to our club--not in our wildest dreams did we expect LR to throw out the best man they had. It's unbelieveable.

-Sep 2008: Lagmannsretten (appeals court) in Oslo, Norway announces March 12 & 13 for our appeal. LR also appeals on their behalf.

-June 2008 verdict communicated: LR looses every argument in the case, they cannot end the contract with Irene Furre like they have. The judge misunderstands and rules wrong in regard to my part of the network.We appeal.

-April 2008: Dr. Paolo Montanari in Italy LR contacts us for our help, as he is suing LR in Italy. Irene Furre and I welcome him to our club, and suspects the club of cheated LR distributors will only grow in the near future. Boy, are we right about that...

March 14 2008: first court case. One day only in Hønefoss, Norway. Unfortunately we don't have time to debate the contract, because LR's lawyer has to fly his private helicopter to his mountain cabin before dark...

Court case set for March 14th. 2008

Ringerike Tingrett (Ringerike District Court) has now declared March 14th. as "our day in court."

Court case filed

The case against LR Health & Beauty Systems was filed with Ringerike Tingrett (Ringerike District Court) today.

The press and the Norwegian affiliation of the Direct Selling Association will be informed next week. This is should also be of interest to the whole industry, as the case involves principles of business that needs legal clarification.

Organisation Leader (OL) contract changed in court

Oslo Byfogd (lower level district court) has in a ruling of July 2nd, limited the that the OL contract for the better of every OL in Norway.

The non-compete clause of the contract was limited from 'indefinitely' to 12 months. This is a great win for us, as LR Orgaleaders are no longer bound to LR 'for life'!

When will LR seriously investigate the murder threat?

When Irene Furre received a murder threat, Dr. Jens Abend promised that LR would do what it could to help the investigation. For this we are grateful.

We have provided all available information about the package from Düsseldorf. However, after three weeks, we still haven't heard anything.

Dr. Abend, what is being done to exclude any suspiscion that an employee of LR was behind this threat?

Nothing new with Dr. Jens Abend

In an attempt to arrange an agreement with the new boss at LR, Mrs. Irene Furre and myself (Finno Furre) went to Düsseldorf today.

Unfortunately, this was as futile as talking to Nigel Mould. The case will now go to the courts.

Mrs. Irene Furre receives death-threat from Düsseldorf!

Earlier today Irene Furre (my mother and part of this case) received a package sent from Düsseldorf. It was an LR box containing a dead animal, nothing else.

The package smelled so badly, she took it to the police, who opened the package and found the dead animal. Whatever it was, it was so rotten it couldn't be identified.

The incident was immediately filed as a death-threat, and the Norwegian Postal system is investigating on behalf of the Norwegian police.

We have no information of who's behind (false name/address). If you have any information about this, please let us know.

Last night we received 1602 similar emails from "freundevonlr". Let us just say that we have nothing against LR distributors. We just want fairness, and since Nigel Mould is unwilling to follow the rules of the game, we have to strike back WITH THE TRUTH!

You who are behind this attack should ask yourselves:
WHY IS NIGEL MOULD SO AFRAID OF THE TRUTH?

We are not afraid of the truth. The truth is our goal!

To help us get the truth into the open, the spam attack has been reported to our ISP, and will be reported to the police on Monday.

LR Sweden collapses!?

11 of the top 13 distributors (OL/TL) in Sweden have had enough of Nigel Mould's management style and jumped ship! In the days following, an additional 40 key distributors, that for the first time got the whole story about how LR treats it's top distributors, did the same and cancelled their contracts effective immediately.

Rumours say hundreds of distributors may do the same thing, having no trust in LR anymore.

Apax Partners are informed, but do nothing. When will they realise that their investment is beginning to go down the toilet?

LR lowers distributor bonuses?

In a letter to top distributors only, LR has informed that the distributors bonuses will be lowered 5% this year. Why isn't every distributor informed directly about this?

It has happened again

In December 2006, Sweden's largest distributor gave up struggling against what she calls incompetent management in Germany and Scandinavia and resigned as a distributor, leaving her business to her sponsor/upline (who is also her mother).

Again, CEO of LR, Nigel Mould, rejected 20 years of business practice, and would not remove her distributor number.

We do not know yet how the distributor will handle this.

President distributors behind cancellation?

We have confirmed that the 4-5 largest distributors in LR's network (on President level) was behind kicking out Norway's largest distributor. We really don't know what's worse: that Nigel Mould isn't man enough to decide himself, or that the big distributors are allowed to kick out smaller ones when they begin to threaten their bonuses. This is an unbelievable situation: No network professional can ever trust LR health & beauty System again.

Nigel Mould kicks out Norway's largest distributor!

Three days before christmas, Nigel Mould cancelled Norway's largest distributor's contract because she dared to stand up and criticize the way Nigel Mould is running LR Health & Beauty System. The distributor, Mrs. Irene Furre, has brought in about Euro 50 million and around 30.000 distributors to LR during 12 years as Norway's by far most successful distributor.

It's official: LR NO LONGER GROWS!

After two years with Nigel Mould as CEO, LR is no longer growing: 18 years of continuous growth has been broken on his watch. CSO of LR, Jens Abend displayed graphs on a meeting in Norway confirming once and for all, what every distributor already knew: both sales and distributor bonuses are falling.

In June 2006, LR Health & Beauty Systems (LR) decided to change the rules of the marketing plan, without informing any LR distributors of this in writing.

This change is very negative for every LR distributor:
